The methodology that you are using appears to be sound. We are pleased that you are using a combination of a self-completion energy questionnaire, reinforced by data from the census, and also the NHER's AutoEvaluator.

Through the use of data from a Home Energy Survey mailing CEN offer a complete service for Local Authority HECA data provision, plus a new service to assist with the planning and implementation of environmental strategies.

The data collected from the mailing is used to provide a formatted table of statistics ready to be inserted into a Local Authority HECA Report, as shown below..
