of allowing dramatic financial savings, and reducing fuel poverty.
Improving
the efficiency with which we use fuels and electricity
is the most important way of reducing our emissions
of greenhouse gases in the short term. We currently
waste huge amounts of energy.
CEN has been promoting improved
energy efficiency for environmental benefit and to provide affordable
warmth since it was founded in 1997, and we provide a full range
of services to all sectors of the community. We estimate that the
measures we have installed since 1997 save more than 18,000tC each
year.
