Last year over 10% of all UK local authorities employed the CEN HECA data gathering service. CEN offers a range of data services for energy efficiency housing stock monitoring and strategy development.

Our standard services are:

• mailing services - to gather raw data
• data analysis and presentation - for HECA annual reporting
• strategy planning data services

In addition to these services we can return raw survey data or offer stock profiling using NHER HECA Profiler on all data or subsets such as tenure type, postcode or ward area, or benefit recipients. This includes:

• Statistical summary of energy information (energy consumption, CO2 emission, SAP)
• Summary of opportunities
• Bar charts of energy information and building profiles
• Advice packs to survey respondents giving specific advice based upon their survey answers and branded with a Local Authority logo.
