Bespoke Energy Advice

The key to the delivery of most of CEN's projects is our team of Energy Advisors. All trained to City & Guilds standard in Energy Awareness, they provide assistance to householders from across the country, giving energy advice tailored to their needs, and referring them to grants and schemes for further assistance.

Our sophisticated telephone system allows us to provide this service for a range of programmes, including our two Energy Efficiency Advice Centres, our Renewable Energy Advice Service our Coldbusters grant scheme and our range of discount schemes.
