Our data gathering mailing service consists of a letter
from the Local Authority with an energy survey on the reverse and
a postage paid envelope for the return of completed surveys.
The benefits of this method are as follows:
- Hassle free - all CEN require is Local
Authority headed paper, a list of addresses and letter text (we
can supply a template)
- High return rate - we have received
return rates of up to 40% for these mailings, and typically recommend
that a minimum of 1600 households be used for the mailing in order
to generate the 400 returns needed for the HECA report
- Demographic weighting - CEN can demographically
weight the data so that it is fully representative of the whole
borough. This is especially useful when mailing a small sample
of the population
- Cost-effective - an alternative to
Electoral Registration mailings
