With recent advances in renewable energy technology
and a range of government and other grants available, renewable energy
is now accessible by all communities.
CEN understands the challenges
faced by community groups when launching renewable energy projects
and has developed the partnerships, systems and services to overcome
them. Working closely with CEN, communities are guided through
the project phases, step by step.

Advisory and Consultation Services
Prior to the launch of any project, it
is essential that all stakeholder concerns are addressed
and that the project implications are fully explained. CEN
provides:
energy audits and pre-investment feasibility work
advice, information, and presentations
to the community, and to project stakeholders
Installation Management
CEN has the expertise to coordinate installation activities:
ensuring installation within specified timescales and with
minimum hassle and expense.
assisting with grant and planning applications
providing access to high quality and discounted equipment
and a trusted network of installers
Publicity and Dissemination
CEN is committed to maximising the publicity opportunities
of a community installation and works closely with community
groups to use the installation to increase awareness of sustainable
energy, and to raise the profile of the community itself.
