CEN provides promotional strategies and a range of advisory services to achieve these aims.

Advice is provided by phone, online, and face to face at events and training sessions. All telephone calls are taken by our team of trained energy advisors at our call handling centre. All calls are logged and tailored followup information is sent to callers.

Advice is provided through several bespoke telephone numbers to suit local schemes. Our project team promotes the advice services to the target audiences using promotional material developed in-house and distributed through key communication channels.

CEN also provides presentations at conferences and events, and training for a range of interested parties such as Community Groups, Planning Departments, Developers, Property Managers, Installer Groups and Architects.
