is lots of fun, gives easy to access advice and is
open to everyone.

Kent Association for the Blind are holding an open
day with the theme Getting Older, Feeling Good on Wednesday
20th April from 10am till 3pm at the Sight Centre, 72 College Road,
Maidstone
All are welcome to come along to this event where
there will be free sessions and advice on a range of issues; For
example, leading a healthier lifestyle and making the most of your
leisure time.
The event is also supported by the npower Health Through Warmth
Community Projects Grants Scheme, and as such, advice will be available
on keeping safe and warm in the home, saving energy, grants and
discount schemes.
Many people are unaware of the help and assistance that is available
to them. Dropping into the Sight Centre on the 20th April could
make a big difference and help to remove worries and concerns. Not
only that, but you will go away knowing how to look good and feel
great!
Kent Energy Centre will also be offering freebies to residents
including free low energy light bulbs and refreshments.
